At the bottom of each fish profile page is a link to additional resources for that specific fish. The app includes many videos showing how to butcher numerous fish, making on the spot training possible. A detailed list of Cuts of Fish with descriptions of each cut for both US and European cuts of fish. Details of what quality markers (or lack thereof) to look for when purchasing fresh whole fish and fillets. The Notes feature allows you to make your own notes.
